Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I order a custom putter from WTPP? Yes, you can order any kind of custom Scotty Cameron putter from us. Please do realize that we can not anticipate a time frame or guarantee certain stampings. All custom work does require a small deposit that is non refundable.
2. Will WTPP be interested in buying my putter? Usually, no unless it's something very rare. We do not buy tour putters.
3. Is WTPP a distributor? Yes, we are one of the five distributors in the world.
4. Can you find "x" item for me? Usually, yes we can find things that are sold out or no longer available as long as it's somewhat current. Items from years ago may be harder to find, but we will always do our best in locating one for you.
5. What kind of deposit will I have to put down for a custom putter or any other kind of putter I ordered? These prices are for both custom work and tour/deluxe putters:
- GSS putters - $700 deposit
- All others- $500 deposit
6. What hours are you open - We are open M-F 9:30-5:30 C.S.T.
If for whatever reason, a tour/deluxe putter is not wanted after ordered, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied to the deposit. Custom work putter deposits are not refundable.
For all putter orders the customer will be asked to fill out a credit card authorization form. This allows for us to have a signature on file since customers can't be in store to sign the credit card receipt.

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Shipping-
Orders recieved before 1:00 P.M. CST will be shipped out same day. Orders recieved afer 1:00 P.M. will be shipped out the following business day.
Tracking Numbers -
All domestic and international orders come with a tracking number which will be sent to the email address you supplied during checkout. As of very recently, we will no longer be using USPS First Class International to ship packages. This method of shipping does not come with a tracking number and has recently had some delays and lost packages. It is in ours and the customers' best interest to not take take that chace with the kind of merchandise we sell. We still offer USPS Priority Mail/Express Mail worldwide and FedEx ground to Canada.
Returns & Cancelations-
All returns and order cancelations are subject to a processing and restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the wrong item or size was sent. In that case, WTPP will be happy to send a pre paid return shipping label. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of purchase and in the same condition that they were recieved in. No used or opened items will be accepted back. If a customer sends back an item that does not have the original packaging or is used it will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be given. Shipping is non-refundable unless the wrong item/size was sent.
